KOWOOL alder charcoal is produced from naturally dried alder wood, sourced and processed according to sustainable forestry standards. 100% chemical-free, it contains no binding agents, accelerants, or artificial additives of any kind.

Thanks to its low moisture content (3–4%), the charcoal ignites quickly and burns cleanly with minimal smoke, preserving the authentic flavour of whatever you're grilling. With a carbon content of 80–84% and a stable burning temperature of 300–400°C, it delivers powerful, even heat that holds for up to 1.5 hours per load.

A 30-litre bag contains approximately 3.6 kg of charcoal, enough to prepare an average of 5 meals, making it the practical choice for families, frequent grillers, and outdoor catering.
