KOWOOL charcoal is produced from naturally dried alder wood under sustainable forestry standards — 100% chemical-free, with no binding agents or accelerants. Low moisture content (3–4%) means fast ignition and a clean burn with minimal smoke, so your food keeps its natural flavour.

How to Use
- Prepare the grill — make sure the grate and ash tray are clean.
