🚚 Delivery partner: omniva
We partner with Omniva to ensure fast, secure and cost-effective delivery throughout Latvia and the Baltics. Delivery to an Omniva parcel machine is only possible if prepaid. Choose your nearest parcel office when confirming your order. You will receive the opening code of the kiosk by text message to the phone number provided. The parcel will be stored for 7 days. If you do not collect your parcel by the end of the storage period, it will be returned to the kowool.com warehouse.

- Delivery to Omniva parcel machines in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania
- Courier delivery to the specified address in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania
- Pickup of goods at the warehouse in Jelgava (Lapu iela 8) is possible - by prior arrangement.

⏱️ Delivery time
- Standard delivery in Latvia: 1-3 working days.
- Baltic States: 2-5 working days.
- Items available for delivery upon order confirmation and payment.
📦 Further information
- Free delivery in Latvia for orders over 150 €.
- Invoices are prepared electronically and are valid without signature.
- If the ordered goods cannot be dispatched from the warehouse in one shipment, they will be dispatched in several shipments, but the postage will be charged only once. If you choose delivery by courier, the goods will be delivered only to the front door of the building.
